• Reporting to the property owner about every start and end of the fault (according to the owner’s request)
• Delivery of quarterly reports regarding expenses and income.
• Receiving and checking the property from the old owners/tenants. and photographic
• Documentation of the property and its contents (if any) before renting it.
• Preparation of the property for rent if necessary.
• Presenting the property to those interested, finding suitable tenants and checking capabilities + guarantors and collateral for the contract. (according to customer’s request)
• Meeting the tenants (upon request) for final approval.
